To get started, Download the Skoot.me app and sign up for an account, this is your gateway for accessing our entire fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes.

Step 2 – Create Your Skoot.me Account
Open the Skoot.me app and create an account by providing the following details:
Personal Details –
Name, Email Address and Phone
Verification –
Verify your Phone Number and Email Address
Payment Information –
Add a valid payment method for fast & seamless transactions
Safety first –
If using the Skoot.me service, please ensure you meet the following requirements ->
Skoot.me users must meet a minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
Skoot.me users must hold a valid UK driver’s license if required in your region.
Skoot.me users must abide by road laws at all times, and we strongly recommend that all of our users wear appropriate safety equipment!
Step 3 – Locate and Reserve a Vehicle
Locating a Vehicle –
Once your account is set up,
use the app to locate nearby e-scooters or e-bikes.
You can see the available vehicles on the map and check their battery levels.
To reserve a Vehicle –
View the Map –
Check the real-time map for available Vehicles.
Select a Vehicle –
Choose your preferred e-scooter or e-bike.
Reserve –
Reserve the vehicle for immediate use or schedule it for a short time later.
Step 4 – Unlock and Start your ride
Unlocking Process –
Scan QR Code –
Use the app’s built-in QR code scanner to unlock the vehicle.
Manual Unlock –
Alternatively, enter the vehicle’s unique ID in the app to unlock it.
Safety Check –
Ensure the vehicle is in good condition before starting your ride.
Start Riding –
Adjust Settings –
Set your preferred speed and check the vehicle’s battery level.
Safety Gear –
We strongly recommend wearing suitable safety gear whilst using our vehicles.
Local Traffic Laws –
You must abide by all local traffic laws whilst using our vehicles.
